I'm thinking the Mizuno MX-700 or the titleist 909 f2 im leaning toward the mizuno. What are your thoughts. Is the titleist easy enough to hit off the deck in a 3 wood 15 degrees?

titleist is hard to hit, i would only reccomend it for single digit handicappers. Get the mizuno...it'll save you some strokes.

I have the MX-700 Hybrid. If the three wood is anything like it, pull the trigger. You won't be sorry. Loving the Mizzie

I have the previous model 906f4 15.5* and I love it. I personally find it very easy to hit it off the deck!

Titleist 906F4 w/ the VS Proto shaft. Absolutely love mine. Easy to hit off the deck and you can pick one up for under $100.

Have you looked at Sonartec. Any SS model, NP-99, or the GS Tour.
They are bad ass. Great feel, sound, awesome distance and control. Very good looking classic shape, looks great behind the ball.

Solid, Solid, Solid. My recommendation hands down.

If you like titleist you'll love Sonartec.

i am currently using Sonartec GS Tour fairway woods, but today i hit the Mizuno MX-700 and i like it better than my Sonartecs. the MX-700 is a fantastic 3 wood. very hot face and long. and a little more forgiving than the Sonartecs

For some reason, fairway woods have always just been the one position in my bag I never look to replace. I have been through a ton of putters and drivers, and several sets of irons, but I am still holding onto my Steelhead fairway woods (3W & 7W). I guess I would say they are the only clubs in my bag that behave, so I have left them alone (okay, to be honest, I reshafted my 3-wood, hated it, replaced it with a couple different ones I hated, then went and bought another just like the first one I had after a few months in 3-wood Hell...lesson learned. Don't mess with what ain't broke).

I really.....really...want to try the new Cleveland Launcher 3 wood...been hearing way to many positive things about this stick not to give it a try on the range.

I'd also like to try one of the new DYMO squared.
