Is it just me, or was the month of May pretty sucky on the PGA Tour?

I was definitely bored while watching the tournaments, with the lone exception of the Wachovia Championship way back at the beginning of the May.

A month of winner's including Brett Wetterich, Tim Herron, and Jeff Maggert isn't my cup of tea. Maybe I'm in the minority on this one, who knows?!?

I just know I'm ready for The Memorial, U.S. Open, etc. in the upcoming month.

Did anyone else find themselves bored out of their mind watching the PGA Tour this past month?

Yeah, May is a little ho-hum as far as PGA golf goes. I enjoyed watching but this is the first time I've had television in a while so maybe I'm the exception to the rule. Tiger's been off for a while and the usual players aren't contending so yeah, its been pretty slow.

Next year, we'll have The Players Championship, at least.

It seems the big guns take most of May off since it falls after the Masters and a few weeks before the Open. May has always stunk for that reason.
