ball above/below feet?

Which way will the ball go in each of these situations? I know there is a rule on this, but I cannot remember.

Just look at which way the clubface points. Above your feet, the ball goes left (for a right-hander), and vice versa.

Yep, there's a tendancy to pull the ball on above-your-footing lies, and a tendancy to push when your feet are above.
