Due to the hot temperatures, I have had a problem with my hands sweating alot resulting it clubs slipping. This got me thinking-I know rain gloves helps if there is water on the outside of the glove, but does it do the same thing when the wet is inside the glove?

It just gets frustrating when your clubs slip and the ball goes O.B because of that. HELP!

You could try the following tips from Tiger's "Golf My Way" book:

- Keep 5 or 6 extra gloves in the bag and rotate them every few holes.

- Keep one end of your towel wet for washing balls and clubs while keeping the other end dry for your hands and gloves.

I recently bought the dry joys rain gloves and they work well when soaked. The in between stages are not very good. I would say it also depends on your grips I play GP multi.

IMHO, rotating your gloves in dry conditions is probable the best bet. I play the bionic glove and it seems to take a bit longer to sweat through then many of the others.

Keep a small handtowel with you and get it wet with cold water before you play. At every water jug, get it cold again. Better yet, when the beverage cart comes by, drop it in the ice water and wring it out. Use it to wipe your hands off between shots. When you keep your hands cool they won't sweat. I will go so far as to just soak my hands in a cooler of ice water for a few seconds (if one is available, and not drinking water). Once you dry them off, they won't sweat for a few holes.

I will judge my rounds much more by the quality of my best shots than the acceptability of my worse ones.

I just carry 2-3 gloves with me, if you take them on and off lots don't put them in your pocket because the moisture cant escape, but to answer your question no rain gloves will not help.

I really like the under armour heat gear gloves. they are super thin and keep your hands pretty dry.

I have the same issue with sweaty hands when it gets humid out. I use the rain gloves with the sweat issue and found it to work quite well. My golf partners usually make jokes because on the real hot days I will sometimes where gloves on each hand. Give it a try, works for me.

Rain gloves are great.......in the rain.

As with the others, for hot, humid, sweaty, I simply rotate through 2 or 3 gloves during a round. It also helps to remove the glove between shots.

Yeah, I do that. I rotate through 3-4 different gloves but I havent been finding results. I was really wondering if having a rain glove will help moisture inside the glove.
