I am seriously considering getting into the golf industry as a business and have some capital (more than $1mm to start), any suggestions?? Some requirements are must be in my location (nyc or suburbs) and needs to generate positive cash flow by year 2. Thx - d

Asking for free advice after bragging that you have $1M to spend isn't the way to go about choosing a business plan.

But hey, here's a "free" idea for you: buy this site. Heck, we'll sell it to you for half of what you have. If someone reports your post, I'll probably delete this whole thread.
