New Scotty California Putters

They look good...I prefer the look of the Newport 2 Mid-Slant, though (I would love to have it refinished in something that wasn't reflective).


I like the feel of the Circa '62 series the best, though.....hard to describe...just feels the best of any putter I've tried. I suppose it's the carbon steel.

Can't blame Scotty for trying to merge the popularity of the Studio Select line (stainless/carefree finish & custom shop adjustable weighting) with the Circa line (classic shapes) to form something new.

I tried one of his newest wands the other day....the Kombi. Interesting stick but not for me. Thing looked like a starship as it stoked through the ball. Feel was odd. Aligment junkies will should love it, though.

It's good to see he's making wide ranging sticks for all tastes.

Please please please tell me these are coming out in left hand as well. I like the look of these, and need a blade putter myself. These look awesome, and I like that it says titleist versus Cameron on it.

I agree, but the Monterey model looked lovely. The others were a bit boring, but that's more to do with the design of the clubhead more than looks.

I bought the KOMBI yesterday. I went to buy a Odyssey 2-ball but walked out with the Scotty KOMBI after putting with both putters for about a hour.

I'd rather save 1/2 to 1/3 off the price and purchase a 1 yr "old" model. I do this with golf balls and save lots of $$$. This is an especially good strategy for drivers ... look at how inexpensive the Nike SUMOs are now and the DYMO's are dropping in price too.

Never really been a fan of Scotty putters, but i always wanted a Del Mare, and finally i can get one of the shelf (despite i most certainly will stay with my Ping Redwoods - but still, nice to "collect" one).
