I made the comment in a recent thread that if one were to get hit by one of my balls it could not hurt much. I am here to say I was wrong. I was hitting my 5 wood into a mat hanging on a tile wall, there was only 18" below the mat of exposed tile. Well the time it takes for a ball to travel 10' forward and 10' back is much less than the blink of an eye. It hit my thigh between my kneecap and the bottom of my left front trouser pocket. Four inches lower and I would probably be crippled with a shattered knee cap, two inches higher and it would have hit my leather money clip in my pocket. The money clip would have been nice but I think I got off easy.
I now vote to not hit into people on the course.

May I also add...never stretch your arms over your head in a room with a rotating ceiling fan.. big OUCH

Hahaha, oh wow. I remember having ceiling fans when I lived in Florida, and I can only imagine. Those things spin fast as hell.
