I'm surprised that I haven't seen any comments on this, but Chinese New Year starts February 14 and this year is the "Year of the Tiger". I find this very ironic. Will this be prophetic for Tiger's year? Will he come back with a vengeance and truly make it the "Year of Tiger Woods"?

Last year was the year of the ox, but from Tiger's behavior last year his was more like the "Year of the Rat".

I'm not sure I agree with the comment about his behavior, but I am looking forward to the year of the Tiger. If there's ever a time to step up my game, it's this year.

Are we talking about on or off course? On course, 2009 was one of his best, despite not winning any majors. He might find a new fire to boost his game with this whole infidelity situation, or he might not play all year. Regardless, the world will be watching him.

IMO, it wont be "the year of the Tiger". He will have to many distractions, both on and off the course.

Either way, I fail to see how this qualifies as irony. Perhaps we're talking about something that's purely a coincidence - like rain on your wedding day.

I dunno, looks like he'll be gone awhile now. If he's at sex rehab 24/7 does he even have time to hit balls? Hope I'm wrong.
