I'm a lefty golfer and have always struggled with my putting game. Found out a few weeks ago I am a righty in my putting. Night and freakin day, how did this get past me all these years? I have consistently been hitting 100% better..... Wierd!

I had a friend of mine who was right eye dominant and is righty but b/c of this he likes to putt lefty so his lead eye is closest to the hole...i think it's weird lol to each his own

I've always wanted to get a lefty putter and test it out side by side. I've putted lefty at golf stores and, for whatever reason, I always revert to the Phil Mickelson style putting stroke...

I've been working a lot on setting the wrists, take-away etc. I'm a lefty. When I first started doing it I got that Mike Weir image from his pre-shot routine in my head. I'm over it now, I think. It did mess with me at first.

I hadn't though about that. It's really weird, I can't replicate his stroke righty, but I can do it perfectly lefty. If I ever have so extra money lying around, I'm going to go to Sports Authority and get a cheap lefty putter, just to try out on a green side by side with my putter.

This is actually really common. My step dad is a lefty but hits his irons as a righty yet still putts lefty and my mom is visa-versa hitting her irons lefty and putting righty. I also have a few friends who but the other way. I actually can putt both ways pretty mcuh the same.
