just had it put in my 983e. hit small bucket and felt great! anybody else using this shaft in a titliest? snow on ground here so i will have to wait and see how it works on course. sucks1

Just out of curiosity, what flex and swing speed do you have? I used to have one in my 980F 15° and I liked it a lot, but have since switched to a Fujikura speeder 869 and haven't looked back.

I have the NV-75 X in my 983E 9.5. I love it. I am averaging 276 yards on my drives with it. I am going to go with the same shaft in a new 905 when they come out.

Have the 65 stiff in a 983K 8.5 and hit it to damn high.Went back to my 975J and gained 15 yards.But us lefties are a strange breed anyway.

got the NV-65 on my titleist 983K 9.5
haven't tested or tried any other shafts really but everyone i know says they're great shafts
my friend has the CG Launcher 9.5 with the Grafalloy blue and he always launches his drives high and a bit short. If i'm not mistaken, flap, the aldila shafts give a low-mid trajectory and i've seen it done: my friend tried my driver and nailed it down the pipe almost 300 yards with a sweet trajectory

I've got the NV (65gr.) in my Big Bertha 454 - 9 degree. I love the consistancy I have with it. My misses aren't as offline as before, and its very forgiving. I am a fairly high-ball hitter and love the slightly lower trajectory I get with the NV. I would recommend this shaft to anyone with enough swing speed to need a stiff flex/low torque shaft.

I don't know if that lower trajectory is really the Aldila. That BB454 practically hits wormburners all by itself!

I still hit it pretty high. I'm kinda steep though. Sometimes I think I should have gone with less loft than the 9*.
