What tee for 3 wood?

Hey guys just a quick question o ask what colour castle/step tee you use if you do use them for a 3 wood from the tee?? I never know how high to tee it up!!

I usually tee my fairway woods about like I'd tee an iron---very close to the turf, maybe a touch higher. I tend to hit pretty well off the turf, so I don't like to confuse things by having a different target when I'm at the tee. I basically want a "perfect" lie, not to be teed up like I'd be with my driver.

Same with me... typically, you can't even tell I have a tee in the ground when I'm using my 3 wood. It's helped me to be able to strike the ball cleanly from the fairway with my 3 wood.
