Agree with Zeph and Iacas, the hips are behind and passive. They should be leading through impact and currently seem to be getting in the way.

For your age and build, 85 mph seems a bit slow to me.

Many good answers here but what really draws my attention is how your shaft look like at impact - isn't it way too soft for you?

The shaft bend is not real, it's a result of how the camera created the picture.

Yeah, I don't think that would be good haha. I just got back from the range, I was focusing on keeping my left arm straighter which shortened my backswing a little. I also was getting the club to point to the sky at waist level on the take away and tried to push my hips through. I tried a drill i saw online where you take a step with your back foot as if you are following through. It was getting me to move my hips forward but with three things being done at once I was hitting a slice here and there. Contact however was much better. No divot but the grass was pulled up a little after where the ball was laying so I was definitely making some contact after the ball (I usually do not take a divot so this is typical anyway).

I appreciate the tips, but i have to ask...why are some of you hung up on my swing speed? I hit my 7i at least 150, I have yet to verify the actual distance since getting these clubs. I am not upset, just curious? EDIT: I also noticed that my ball flight was lower, especially with my driver when thinking about these things. I did have, what I thought to be, high ball flight. Now it seems more piercing, is that thanks to hitting more through the ball with the low point coming after where the ball was. it makes sense to me, I just want to verify.

Went to the range again today, any thoughts on why I am slicing everything now that I have started working on:

getting the clubhead to the sky at waist level
looking infront of the ball (which has greatly helped my contact)
keeping my left arm straight throughout
and pushing my hips forward at impact

I felt like i had to turn my wrists through at impact to get it to ply straight. When I was able to do that It went straight, but it was difficult to focus on ever time because I was not use to doing it. Is that something I should be/have to be doing to promote straight ball flight?

Because you're turning them on the takeaway if you want the toe of the club up at what we call "P2" (roughly waist level). The clubface - and the back of your left wrist - should still be pointing at the ground at that point. The leading edge of the clubface should be at about 45 degrees or so, not toe up. Toe up is a rotated open position.

In my swing video thread someone said it should be up at that point, unless I misunderstood. Can you see where it is at in my video at waist level (someone posted it into this thread I believe)...is it in a good position or should it be different? It appears to me to be pretty much flat at that point.

I think this is where I am going wrong but for some dumb reason did not think to go back to how I was hitting before.

That's common advice. It's also what I consider bad advice.

Toe up isn't square there. It's open.

Thanks for clearing that up, that should make a big difference.

The slice is most likely a result of not clearing the hips now that you are bumping them forward. You really need to commit to making a full move through the ball - hips, chest and arms.
