Here a couple tee shots from a round today, I have been really inconsistent lately any help would be appreciated.

On the takeaway, your hands go out and the club goes in, just the opposite of what needs to happen.

Very John Daley like. You have proabably heard this before, but you should shorten your swing to parallel. I keep the shaft just short of parallel at the 1:30 position and still drive the ball 270+. The shorter the swing the less time there is for something to go wrong before contact.

Its funny that you should say that because I have also been fighting shanks, started with just short pitch shots now sometimes i'll even shank 3 quarter punch shots.

Yup. That is why you see the club go across the line at the top (it is pointing to the right). Also, it would be helpful if the videos were embedded.

well what i am practicing now is on the start of my backswing i start with the shoulders and not hinging my wrists right away. What i look for is on my backswing when my club is parallel to the ground the part of the blade opposite the hosel should be pointing straight up to the sky.

try and feel like you take the club back in a "one piece" takeaway... take the club back with your shoulders rather then your hands

Watch Rickie Fowler's takeaway. You don't need to do it just like him, but make it feel like that's what you're doing, chances are if it feels exaggerated, you're doing it right.
