Well, guys, after mildly considering giving up, I've finally seen a lil improvement! We were in Destin week before last. I played five times, played Regatta Bay for my birthday, shot who knows what, lost a dozen balls! Nothing working right! But got back and got a lesson and have a much better comprehension of hand rotation. Went out a couple days later (Friday) and played well, shot in low 90's (flew like 6 greens, finally hitting straight and even a draw) but went out the next day and shot an 86 (my second best score ever and personal best on my home course! Had 5 pars in a row and on back nine, I was two over with three left to play. I ended up doubling two of the three otherwise, I'd have a new personal best. Either way, I finally struck the ball solid and felt good leaving the course! Now I'm even more motivated to play and practice!!!

Good job, buddy. I've discovered something in the past week that has been my personal biggest breakthrough in my swing. You may already know and do this, but I have consciously been making myself hold my head still throughout my whole swing. It's really improved my ball striking and consistency.
Good luck and I hope you keep lowering those scores!

Don't give up this game, It has too much to offer and we all struggle would love to see more improvement. I have been in the same boat as well shot a 73 a couple of weeks ago and thought that I was on the cusp of becoming a high 70's golfer but i havent shot lower than an 83 since....crazy game.
