Some guy at my course has knock-off Burner irons and they look very similar, but instead of Burner they say "Inferno".

As promised...

Ah, nice try though. With the flat takeaway, over plane downswing, and big flip, there's just no way. You may be able to get hold of one here and there, but that's about it. Again, it

was a nice try though Here's a hint. Next time you try to make such a silly claim, remember that the USGA has limited COR, MOI, head size, shaft length, and nearly every other factor that can be used to make a driver longer. The sweet spot just can't be made much bigger, and the idea that you could somehow hit it better with a longer shaft is silly to say the best, as the world's best almost in their entirety disagree.

Yeah there's absolutely no way you're putting a 3 wood over 300 yds with that swing.

I actually like your swing quite a bit. Nice and smooth with good velocity through impact and a good finish. IDK if you're hitting it 300 with a 3 wood but that's not the point. I think if you worked on making your base a bit stronger it could add to your power. The first thing I thought looking at your setup was "his feet look kind of close together, he must just be setting up" and then you swung the club. I almost feel like i'm used to seeing guys take your setup, then take another step to half step to widen the stance before swinging. Other than that, really like the swing. I actually find it hard to believe that you're a 12 handicap with that swing....makes me feel better about myeslf :). I guess we all have things to work on.

Sorry Shanks, but I don't get you here. Nobody asked for commentary or critique on his swing... I don't know why you feel entitled to sit there and validate his claim based on your expert knowledge of the golf swing. Seems plain rude, to be honest.

His swing has a few abnormalities, whose doesn't? It's seems reasonable that with that kind of clubhead speed and in summer conditions, sure a 3 wood off the tee could end up 300 out, especially with the way the superfast 3 plays. Chill out man.

You are a dick. I have TM superfast 3wood and driver and there is not alot of difference between the two. driver about 300 and 3wood about 290 and i only weigh 11 stone. Im not even a big hitter.

You are either a massive troll or a massive faggot.

This is so dumb....

Why dont people put there REAL STATS on this site for a change so that the people on here who actually know what they are talking about can give you tips and advise that will actually work for the type of golfer you are and not the Scrath golfer that you made up and tell everyone you are on the Internet! Stop flooding this site with BS nobody wants to hear...GROW-UP..

I said went out 300yds once, and it had a ton of roll on a flat lie on a 95°+ day. Again, I said it happened once. Normally off the tee with this (look at my swing thread) I will hit this between 260-275yds although I DO NOT GPS EVERY SINGLE 3w OFF THE TEE!. I just happened to look and see how far the ball went off the tee, just got the club so I GPS'd it off. My only intention was to speak about how this club is longer than any other that I had ever played with.

No, engineers, not "experts" would tell you a longer/lighter shaft allows you to swing the club faster which should increase your ball speed which would make the ball travel farther. This is why long drivers use abnormally long shafts on their drivers. You will never see Jamie Sadlowski using a 44 1/2" shaft in a long drive contest, WON'T HAPPEN. What the "experts" tell you is you have a better shot at making contact in the center of the face with a shorter, heavier shaft which is easier to control. Damn, why is it so impossible that something could happen once, ONCE?

It was 300 on the dot. From your post in my swing thread it's because I need more weight shift right? Weight shift adds more power, right? Iron Byrons swing on a completely stationary axis, the machine doesn't need to "shift weight" to add length to the shots they hit when testing clubs, only increase the swing speed. Please show me where shifting your weight allows you to move your hands and arms faster to deliver the clubhead in a swing? If that is the case then Aviro Quiros (sic), Hunter Mahan, Sean O'Hair, etc must not swing very hard.

I thought the thread was only talking about the golf club, not anyone's swing. Somehow this got turned into an extension of my swing thread. VIVA LA SUPERFAST!!!!!! Let's get back to talking about this club, not my swing. I encourage you to comment on my swing thread though! I put it up for suggestions from others!

I think he was referring to another poster, but I agree.

I'm going to try and pick up the SF TP off of ebay for a good price over the winter. I've somehow convinced myself that another 10 yards will certainly help the handicap drop :)

lol says the guy hitting a Callaway driver. Talk about gimmicky...mmmm forged lamborghini composite

Not gimicky...they developed a new material and Lamborghini asked them for the technology. I would market the SH&T; out of that as well. Taylormade is poisoning the market with so many clubs, it has reduced the life cycle of clubs from two years to one every year. Are you trying to say that every TM club that comes out, which seems like every 4 months is better than the one they released before?

I like that they come out with clubs every 4 month because it makes the 1 yr old club cost like $100-150..

Seriously, some people on this forum amaze me, jst change chat I say, im just cuirious of your swing speed, especially being a 10 HC. and I have a tpo 20-40 shots.

I would love to have a link to your swing thread, as some of the claims that you have made on this forum, I am really surprised you are posting this.

If you need a refresher check out this thread. http://thesandtrap.com/forum/threads...t=CrazyXGolfer Sorry to be off topic, but nothing worse than a hypocrite.
