How to store/attach a Leupold Rangefinder?

I'm curious about the various ways people may attach their rangefinder during round?

It comes in a case but how do you attach the case to the bag? or do u attach it around your belt?

I keep mine the lined valuables pocket of my bag, not bothering to put it away in the carry case until after my round is done. The snug fit of the rangefinder into the carry case is my only complaint about my GX-1.

Mine is linked to the towel holder. On the course I take it out of the case and lay it in the dash tray on the cart. When walking I put it back in the case after every use. Considering it's value the effort is minimal.

Mine is in the case and attached to my bag. Taking it in and out the of case when needed is not really much of a problem.

There is a strap on the bag that ca be attached to a belt or something similar. A strap around the bag, if it does not exist already, and you're good to go.

I keep it in the valuables pocket like Dave 1269 or just in the cargo pocket of my shorts.

I just throw it in whatever pocket I happen to open if I'm walking that day. If I'm riding I'll just throw it in the cart. I would laugh so hard if I ever saw anyone wearing one!

My bag has a metal ring that the shoulder straps attach to. I clip the case to the ring which makes it pretty easy to get to.
