He missed a 4 footer for birdie on 17, was kicking himself.But he recovered well on 18.Doesn't seem to get too flustered about anything out there.Long way to go but I hope he can do it, he's a very nice lad and that swing is a thing of beauty.

guess you never heard of mickey wright, then. to the point though... i'd definitely love to see rory win his first major this week. looks like mr watson didn't bring the magic like last year.

Yeah. Along with Adam Scott, Rory is the textbook model for the modern swing.

Fowler is a pure instinct and feel player that plays an exciting game. That style is always going to attract people, and the fact that they are in the same age group makes comparisons inevitable.

I mean to say hes just as good(I know he beat him in the walker cup)

I hate all that crap saying hes such an aggressive player, when he had the chance to win......215 lay up lol spare me........honestly though he is very fun to watch just not on the same level as rors

I'm not gonna get too excited yet ... I got REALLY excited after Rory's win earlier this yr and then he went and missed a cut on me!

I don't know if I've seen St. Andrews look easier for a pro than during what I saw of his round today.
