How to prevent wrist-twisting when shooting?

Any ideas/tips on how to prevent your wrists from twisting when you shoot?

Perhaps a firearm with less re-coil might be more appropriate...

Twisting as in rolling them over? First of all, don't roll them when going back. Then don't roll when you come down.

Might be hitting the ball off center. If you hit the ball close to the heel or toe, you will feel the club twist in your hands. Might want to check where you are making contact on the clubface.

Interesting enough, I usually hit my ball closer to the shaft. I'll keep that in mind the next time I'm golfing.

How about holding the club? Is there a certain way you can hold the club so that your wrists won't roll?

The grip plays a role in that equation. If you take a strong or weak grip with either hand, it wants to rotate back to a neutral position. Rotating the hands to a strong or weak position can encourage rolling of the wrist and rotating the clubface. This is a personal thing, but you could be doing it harder for yourself. Look up some videos on grips on Youtube to see how it should look. For me, I got the palms of the hands facing eachother, neither is rotated in any direction.
