We all know golf is a game of fine detail. An art form even. I thought it'd be interesting to think up of everything that will contribute to the outcome of a golf shot. There's so many it's almost endless. Anyone who wants to add one feel free :) I'll keep a list

Factors that contribute to outcome of any given golf shot:

- the ball
- the lie
- the swing path angle relative to target line
- the clubfaces angle relative to the swing path
- the 7 or 8 iron
- the wind
- the distance to hole
- the clubhead speed
- the smash factor

okay my heads gonna explode someone else go. :)

For a good shot, clear your mind as you address the ball and just hit the damn thing.

For a bad shot, everything you listed.

Indeed. Have an idea of those things before addressing the ball, then clear your mind and forget it all, as hopefully you've got the right idea as to what type of shot to make. :)
