Used Bridgestone j36 Irons

I was at Golf galaxy today and there was a set of used Bridgestone j36 irons 4-pw for 176. Some of them looked like they were barely hit at all. I took them to the practice area and they felt awesome. My questions are:

does anyone have any experience with these and at that price are they a good deal?

thanks for any advice

That seems like a really good price to me... Bridgestone makes some quality clubs, if they meat your needs as far as length and lie and are the right flex you should pull the trigger on those.

They felt good when i was swinging them. I tried the 4 the 6 and the 9 and felt comfortable. I think tomorrow I am going to go there and trade in what I have outside of my putter, driver and fairway and pick these up. I hope to God they are still there.

My buddy has the J36 cavity backs. I have to say they are awesome. If I were you, I'd go for them.

In the bag:
Driver: 907 D2/Proforce V2 R-flex

cavity backs, combo's or pocket cavity?

i had the CB's and they were great clubs
really liked em and thats a good price IMO
i sold mine for $325 a few months ago

They are "clickier" than Mizuno's. Still a very good iron, but not that "buttery" Mizuno feel.

I have Mp-57s and J36s. I've played both sets a LOT. I prefer the J36s on all counts. They feel

better in my opinion.

driver: FT-i tlcg 9.5˚ (Matrix Ozik XCONN Stiff)
4 wood: G10 (ProLaunch Red FW stiff)
3 -PW: :Titleist: 695 mb (Rifle flighted 6.0)
wedges:, 52˚, 56˚, 60˚
putter: Studio Select Newport 1.5
