I nailed a 25 foot birdie putt on 18 for my first ever 69 today. It was at Highland Park Golf Course (Par 70, 67.3/123) in Birmingham, AL. Boooooyaaaahh!!!

Congrats! I broke 70 for the first time last weekend (shot a 68). It's a cool feeling.

Current Gear Setup: Driver: TM R9 460, 9.5, Stiff - 3W: TM R9, 15, stiff - Hybrid: Adams Idea Pro Black, 18, stiff - Irons: Callaway X Forged 09, 3-PW, PX 5.5 - SW: Callaway X Series Jaws, 54.14 - LW: Callaway X Series Jaws, 60.12 - Putter: PING Redwood Anser, 33in.

Yes, I am jacked!!! Really great way to start off the weekend. All I need now is for Bama to play well tomorrow and beat Penn State while I'm in Tuscaloosa. Oh and also get laid. If that happens, I may have one of my all-time best weekends.

Haven't broken 70 yet last 30 rounds in the low 70's though (I play 4 rounds a week). Irritating to be so close

As your wish, Bama beat Penn State last friday. Did your other wish happened? If then, I will do some serious practices to break 70 again. :)

Congrats! I hope it's the first of many sub-70 rounds for ya. I did it twice in the summer of 2000 and have never done it again.

My equipment:

Driver - Callaway FT3 Fusion (9 degree)
3 Wood - Orlimar Tri-Metal (9 degree)
Hybrids - Bobby Jones (17, 21 & 25 degree)

Irons - KZG XCB 5 - PW

Wedges - Warrior (52 & 56 degree)
