yes I do see in the video my head moves slightly on the backswing. But I don't miss the ball with my drives. I am actually very happy with my drives. I would like more distance of course, but is stopping my head from moving going to add any distance?

It started out as a nice draw, than little by little my swing became lower, and more left.  Now it just goes straight left and doesn't get off the ground.  I am desperate, please help.

Posting practice swings isn't going to help... what somebody does in a practice swing and a real swing are often quite different.  Also, the camera is too low.

It's hard to tell from that point of view but, if you are hitting low pulls then your face is shut at impact.

yes it is shut, very shut.  I can see that it shuts very fast, and I feel like I can't do anything about it.  No matter what I do my swing feels like its going to be a shank, and it is.  Nothing feels right.

O yea you really shut the face taking the club back.  You need to feel that you keep that cup in your left wrist that you have at address when taking the club back.  Also another feeling would be the handle of the club getting higher not lower in the takeaway.  Keeping that cup in your left wrist will take care of the shut face where you bend the right wrist back really fast which bows the left wrist and shuts the face.
