Yes! I ordered some TRUE shoes on Monday and just got the FedEx shipment notification for delivery tomorrow. Can't wait to try these. Erik's review last month sealed the deal for me and I like how a few of the reviews I've read are from folks who are currently using adidas tours as their comparison. I'll do a mini-review of my own next week. It's supposed to rain Saturday and Sunday here so this will be a great test for them.

Very envious of you.... I love the way these shoes look but really can't drop that much on shoes right now... I mean they are reasonably priced, but right now other things take precedent.

Went with the black/white colorway. If I like them as much as I'm hoping, I want to get the all white for next spring.

Erik, have you been wearing them a lot? How is the white holding up in terms of grass stain or discoloration?

The soles are dirty, but the sides of the sole and the leather is just fine. I don't walk all over grass - I wear them shopping and elsewhere - but I don't think you'll have much trouble with discoloration or staining. Just wipe 'em now and then, probably.

Just a little follow-up so far:

Have yet to get out on the course with these shoes. Weather has been crap and working a lot of overtime. Hope to get out next week though. I did wear my shoes to work last night - I work in a pediatric ICU so I'm on my feet for 12 hour shifts. I was a bit worried at how my feet would hold up (I usually wear a pair of Sanuks at work with no socks). Happy to say the TRUEs were just as good, even with socks. I can see these things being a dream on the grass and not hard hospital floors. Also, really love the bigger toebox; my toes never felt squished or rubbed together. Could have easily hit the driving range down the street after work with the same shoes on but rain came through this morning.

Can you compare the sizing to Adidas or Foot Joy? I really want to order a pair but am afraid to because I can't try them on.

That was my concern, too, but from reading iacas' review he listed his shoe size in adidas tours and found the TRUEs were pretty much spot-on with those. I wear 11 adidas Tour 360 so I went with 11 in the TRUEs and they fit perfectly. The wider toebox actually allows a bit more breathing room as well.

I finally got them out on the range this morning and they were perfect. No slippage, feet felt firm and not wobbly, and no noticeable pain or muscle aches after. I'm at work tonight wearing them and will go right out to the range in the morning (as long as it isn't raining). I've been wearing some adidas climacool athletic socks with them and, holy crap, the comfort level is just amazing.

Well, I think I'm finally going to get a pair as the local golf shop (Lumpy's) now has them in stock.  I know that Erik has a pair and loves them; just curious if anybody else has them and what their opinons are.

I really want the all white ones but it doesn't look like they have those right now so it looks like I'll end up the black with white (still very nice).

Really... nobody else has these shoes and has an opinion... oh well.

Lumpy's put the black and white ones on hold for me, and the plan is I'll get them on Thursday... however, I got an email from the guys at True and they said that the all white ones would be available on or around the 15th so now I don't know which ones I should get as I'll only be able to get one pair for now... If it were you, would you get the black with the white saddle or all white?

I am a street shoe 10.5-11, wore a 10.5 in FJ Reel-Fits, and they're a little tight. I went with a True Size 11 Black/Black - and they're just right - not tight, not loose -- fits well at the heel, plenty of forefoot comfort. Played them right before Christmas for 18 holes and they were great. One is more connected to the ground, you can sense your feet better, and they are super comfy. I may try a my sole orthotic to see what happens.

Here is an opinion -- I like them and I've owned about every brand since 1994 -- Etonic (mid-90's), Adidas, Footjoy, and Ecco, etc. The Trues are the most comfortable I've ever worn and I believe they will help my game not only with comfort but the fit and/or design allows you to feel what your feet are doing -- I have a lot more sensitivity in that area during the swing. Try them.
