When @david_wedzik and I looked to improve the PXG/Sim area of the new Golf Evolution, we looked around. There are a number of places where you can get golf simulator enclosures.

We had the space for a 16' wide and x 9.5' tall screen, and we felt a 6' deep enclosure would be good.

We felt comfortable choosing GungHo Golf (https://gunghogolf.com) for their pricing, customer service, and delivery time (about two weeks for both packages to arrive).

Installation, except for the part where we put one piece on backward (see if you can figure out the time stamp to that part, ha ha) was a breeze):

You can configure your own net here:

Golf Simulator Enclosure Kit Shipping in approximately 5-7 business days. We can custom make our Golf Simulator Enclosure Kits any size down to the inch, just email hello@gunghogolf.com or call us (512) 222-2220...

If you're looking to build a simulator room, I recommend you take pictures of your space, get some good measurements, and talk with the fine team at Gungho Golf.

Yeah, the directions maybe could have been a bit clearer there, but it wasn't too bad.

Anyway, installation was a breeze. It took us at a relaxed pace about 2:30 from start to finish, and we'd really done NO prep except to have the area pretty clear.

Man I really wish I I knew I could have dug my basement out deeper when building my new house then I could have had a full enclosure like this instead of having to do a retractable setup in my garage.

It looks like it's going to be nice! Email both and see what you think. D2G looks to be maybe better at the higher end stuff, but that's something Gungho can do too.

Here it is with some of the tools cleaned up, etc.

    • I generally avoid 4 person scrambles unless it is family members playing. Two person scrambles can be fun because both players need to perform.
    • Day 246 4-24 Working on a slight cup in the backswing. Recorded and hit foam balls.
    • I don't think the coupon code SPINAXIS will save you 5% on the discounted version 3s, but it's worth a shot. I'll also note that we do not get an affiliate revenue from this - we specifically had them turn that off for us. So I'm not recommending it because I'll make even a dollar if you do buy. 017: Wrist Angles and Feedback with HackMotion | The Spin Axis Podcast - Golf Coaches Discuss Instruction Modern Techniques and Technology That said… I recommend the HackMotion with the mid-level package if you are at all interested in working on this part of the golf swing. (The mid-level package also gives you putting — Core, Plus, and Pro are the levels). I have a bunch of 3.0 sensors that will be deactivated here soon, and my 3.0s will be "deactivated" when my 4.0s arrive. So, I wonder if I can sell one of the 3.0 to you inexpensively and if you can just activate some level of software at a discount (since they won't have to send you any hardware, pay for shipping, etc.). I used a HackMotion today in a lesson, in fact, and on myself only recently.
    • Day 16, April 24.  Lunch break, went to putt, 4' and 6' drills.  4' drill, it took me 40 putts to sink all 24;  not great but it's not terrible either.  I'd like to be able to consistently do that drill in under 36 putts (and then I'll aim to do so under 30).  For 6', it took me 56 total putts, and the 4:00 one was the last two to fall, having missed it every go-around until the last two.   So at least I finished the drill, unlike a few days ago!
    • Day 27: played the 9 hole par 3 with the kids. Didn't score great, but struck the ball well, so that's a positive. Need to work on finesse short game shots.
