Re-gripping my putter

I recently purchased a few Scotty Cameron Studio grips from eBay and I want to re-grip my Cameron Pro Platinum with the new grip. Is there anything I should be careful about when regripping the putter? Having never done something like this before, I'm very concerned about putting the grip on and getting it crooked so that holding the club normally results in an unsquare face.

Does anyone have any good recommendations?

After you get the grip on you can still twist it around for a bit until you are sure you have it 100% square. You should not have any problem holding it at address, tweaking, holding at address, tweaking some more, etc. It can also help to have a fellow golfer around to help out, as it is nice to have another set of eyes to look at it.

Alot of grips have a small mark on the bottom center of the grip ,check the grip before you take the old one off, mark the shaft with a marker or piece of tape with a line about 1"-2" below the grip. after installing the new grip make sure it's not crooked
