This is my first blog. The intent of this blog is for me to post amazing deals that I find for golf greens fees in and around the city of Chicago. Today's special is a truely amazing deal. Silver lake Country club in Orland Park is having a one day only special for $27 to play 18 holes. This is done through www.groupon.com/chicago . Basically how it works is today you purchase a ticket for $27. This ticket is good for one round of golf any day until 9/30/2010. You are free to purchase as many as you would like. The fine print if you will is that the groupon (coupon) must be used by september 30th of this year and it is not valid before 10AM on weekends. The course normally charges $45 for green's fees and an additional $16 for a cart, this makes this groupon better than 1/2 off.

Good find on the groupon. I purchased mine a couple hours ago! Looks like a pretty nice course(s).

      That is a bit hyperbolic, I think. Most despicable is a bit much.  Again, a bit over the top here.  Most athletes are probably closer to being normal human beings than degenerates and avaricious scum.  Just sounds like you want to generalize all athletes because it is easy to do so. Hey, generalizing a subset of a population is entirely a human thing to do.

      This is so awesome; my two biggest lifetime hero and the biggest superstars of the past 35 years in golf……both turned out to be the two of the most despicable human beings in professional sports… Between this and everyone whoring themselves out for Saudi Arabia… Used to love golf because I thought they were smarter, better people than the other sports. Turns out a huge percentage of them are total degenerates and avaricious scum like every other sport!

      This isn't going to show you lateral dispersion at all. It's basically just a radar (for speed) launch monitor. It doesn't measure spin or anything like that. Not even launch direction.
