SnT shoulder turn.jpg

Iacas,

Looking around the net for some video of students of the swing who are a little bigger, maybe older, and less flexible and what they may be doing to reach this position?  I tried in earnest to get to this position yesterday and I think I about tipped over to do it, I figure I must not be doing something correctly?

Greg, as you well know that position is an incredible exaggeration of the left tilt necessary to turn your shoulders in a circle.

And we still teach the "pattern" even if someone can't bend ten degrees left in their spine. It's hip tilt + spine tilt to get the shoulders going in a circle.
