Day 53 (01 May 26) - Got in a few reps w/8i and hitting 50-60 yd pitches. Kept swing abbreviated and focused on getting hips cleared for squared impact by exaggerating the rotation movements in pre-shot. -
Day 252 5-1 Getting chest with speed through downswing and arching wrist. Tonight I could see i wasn't flipping nearly as bad. Hit foam balls and recorded. -

This kind of crap pisses me off. I mean, for like two minutes, up to about as long as it takes me to watch the video on 1.5x or 2x speed, but still. So many outright lies. Mistruths. And no measurements of any kind.
