I believe that one of the bad habits I have that makes my swing difficult to repeat is the fact that I tend to power my swing with my right arm at times, especially when I am swinging out of my shoes. I feel like this gets my arms stuck, causes me to cast ott, and makes my shoulders spin out. Does this make sense? Is there a drill or a fix that will get me engaging my right side instead of the left?

A good drill, for many purposes is putting your feet together and swinging normally.  You should still be able to hit 75% of normal distance and not lose balance.  It'll get your arms to distribute the power evenly, as well as maintain overall balance when playing.

The problem makes sense, but it seems like your question has the words "right" and "Left" reversed, or am I missing something?
