I need your help ..... we have a staff member that means his membership is free now the question is what should i do ??? see he has put in a card in to a compition when he has not played in it now he has got .1 of a shot back

ok how can i put it ..... there is a staff member in our golf and on the day of our compition he was not there i won it and when i was looking up the results i see that he has put in a card saying he played and had 29 points ....... he never played but he put in a card and got .1 of a shot back so this is cheeting what can i do ???

Its him he is the boss lol i have told some one on the comitity and they said they told him he has been found out ........ he said there was a card mix up .....ha ha this cant be as you need to put in your code from your membership number also this is why im calling him a cheet so how can i bypass him???? as i dont do cheets...........
