Stretching Routine

Can one of you fitness gurus describe or point me to a source for a good pre-round stretching routine?

Awards, Achievements, and Accolades

Streching your lower back and hamstrings are the two most important muscles to get lengthen to help your swing. Obviously, stretching by rotating your upper body is going to help you to get more shoulder turn. Youtube has several good stretching routine videos, some related specifically to golf.

In my Callaway stand bag:

9.5 Degree Taylormade Burner Superfast Adilla Voodoo shaft
3 Wood: Cleveland Launcher 15 degree Adilla Voodoo shaft
Irons 3-SW: Callaway X-14 Steelhead

Lob wedge: Cleveland 60 degree

Putter: Ping Anser Karsten
