There's a pretty well known teaching pro named Craig Shankland.  Don't know whether he ever played on tour, but I can imagine the crowd comments...

We're accumulating quite a collection here. In a non-golf conversation (horrors) with a friend a few minutes ago, I realized I completely neglected award-winning actress Carey Mulligan. Even better, she's best known (to me at least) as Sally Sparrow (that last name... it's a type of birdie).
