I want to trash talk but I can't. The salary cap web site sucks!
They sent me a new password that dosen't work. When I sign in it shows my team name but when I click on it I go back to the sign in page.
Are you guys having any trouble? Did they send you a new password?

Okay, I have that fixed, they changed my password again.
16th place Why did I take Pavin

My team salary is now listed at 1,204,250. Do I need to get back under the $1mil limit?
On ESPN when your guy goes up in value you keep him at the price you paid for him until you drop him.

I'm new to this game, are we going to be able to see our teams scorecard as the rounds are played? I don't like not being able to see my progress or lack there of.

On ESPN you can see your teams scorecard and it updates every hole.
You can also, after the lockout period, see everyone in the leagues team.

Hey, if you guys are really into this you should check out ESPN Best Ball Challenge.
Little different twist but you can follow along with your teams scorecard that updates by the minute. I started a private group called "the sandtrap club" and the password is "forum". I'm playing in both, it would be nice to have a few more in the group.

Ok, did anyone else forget the tourney started Wednesday last week? I for one did. I'm surprised I'm still at #7. Miracle if you ask me - considering I had 3 of my 5 "locked" players not even in the tourney. I'm going to get my stuff done Monday from now on!!

My goal is just to beat Eric, so he can curse me publicly on the Podcast! Ha!

Good luck everyone in the next round. (And watch Tiger's White Cousin - he's going up!)

I'm happy to be in 13th place after the Hope. First, I'm not sure I'd even heard of Charley Hoffman before last week. And, second, I'm still not in last place.

Hoffman was solid last year and cheap to buy on ESPN BB challenge. I used him a lot!
He needs a haircut though. Do you think the PGA will let him wear his hair that long?

    • Day 37: did my drill swings in the garage with foam balls for about 15 minutes. Working on getting my backswing more turned and then going from there.
    • Thanks but honestly… I don't know any other way. I don't mind being wrong so long as I know where to go from there. I don't like being wrong — I'd love to get things right (which is different than "being right"). I recommend grabbing a furniture slider or a paper plate or something, and doing something like this: First, make a swing where you let your trail foot swing out as you turn, then twist that foot back in. From DL and FO, it'll look like this: Then, during a regular backswing, try to twist your foot in slightly (demonstrated in the left image): You'll notice a crease along the trail side of your hip, your pelvis will "fold" into that thigh (internal rotation of the hip joint), and your "bits" will be squished a little between your pelvis and your thigh. Ben Hogan said once: "At the top of the back swing the groin muscle on the inside of your rt [sic] leg near your right nut will tighten," Hogan wrote. "This subtle feeling of tightness there tells you that you have made the correct move back from the ball." I don't know about that, but you will probably feel something down around that area.
    • Yep. I think it will start to feel even more athletic when we start on the downswing stuff later.  I know, it's just I want to be younger so I have more time to enjoy the changes. 🙂
    • I need to drop a couple of stone. 🙂 😛    Yep. Yeah, but in the end, it feels more athletic, like you're actually using your legs, yeah? As you know… we use the best available info we have. Like others, I was fooled a little by 2D images for awhile (moving or still). Unlike others, I've learned and grown and moved on since then, while they're still looking at their images (often from lousy camera angles).
