The 16th hole animals in Arizona fore or against?

Absolutely love it. Other tournaments should try and replicate this type of environemnt. Not only does it look like a ton of fun, it's a great way to get more non-traditional fans out to add some fun to the crowds.

Don't think it's a good idea for the LPGA though...can you imagine the cat calls when the likes of Natalie, Cristie and Grace walked out to the tee.

I think it is a good deal for that tourney. Lots of fans = lots of money for charity=lots of sponsors with deep pockets= good for the game. I dont think it would be good for like the majors, but a few more venues wouldn't hurt. The guys that put on the tourney also do a great job of keeping it fun and not letting the fans get to out of hand. I like the pros that have fun with the crowd and play up to it. Even Tiger when he hit his hole in one there was pumping up the crowd and letting them enjoy it.

it is isolated to that hole at that tournament. i think others will attempt to export it to other holes at other venues, but i don't think it will take anywhere else. i think it is a phenomenum that is unique to scottsdale and as long as that's the case, and it doesn't start catching on elsewhere, i don't have a problem with it.
