Idea to Get People to "Tee it Forward" More Often

Having separate prices would only cause people to lie to get the cheaper rate.. The problem in golf right now is just simple psychology.. The good ole boys network resist change and some just let their egos get the best of them.. What needs to happen in golf is to change the thinking of what tee boxes mean..  This will not be full proof, as no program can be.. However, the hopes here is to make golfers conscience of their skill and where they should play..  This basically means re-educating the genre away from it's current form.. This will be an uphill climb, and will face resistance especially in foursomes where you have mixed talent..
