try the two inch aiming point found in "the impact zone" i.e aiming your eyes two inches in front of the ball

Or if you have a net in front of you, take your club and make a swing throwing the club straight into the net towards where you're aiming.  It'll help with hitting through and towards the target. Albeit, using an old club might be best in case it hits something unintentional...

Regarding S&T look-up "controlling the low point". You essentially hit the ground in front of the ball -> hitting through the ball.

Come up with a list of priorities for your golf swing. Work off of those. Please. You'll be better off that way.
