It's been said before (and I'll likely say it in this evening's podcast): why not have some female celebs? Or at least MORE female celebs.

HOLY CRAP that is the best idea EVER. Let's see. First I would have Scarlett Johansen. Next, I think that girl that plays Kate on "Lost". Then of course there is Alba, and I wouldn't want to leave out "Crush" from the new American Gladiators. . .

I already like the Pro Am much more!

In June we have to endure the torture of listening to Berman's insipid comments during the US Open because of his ESPN contract.

And he's supposedly an 18 handicap. There is no way, after watching him play for two days, that this guy has ever broken 100. He was awful on par 3, can't get out of a trap, his putting motion is just brutal and I was tired of him saying "Let him in" every time JJ Henry, putt.

Wow, Berman claims to be an 18 hcp?? There's no way he's 18 - he has an awful swing and reminds me of when I first started playing and would just hack away, swing as hard and fast as I could only to hit a 75 yard grounder.

I enjoy the Pro-Am. I like to see celebrities play, especially because the celebrities have handicaps like most of us do. It's a nice change of pace from the rest of the year.
