2007 Season has started and we have already seen a lot of things going on.

In your opinion, looking at their respective recent winning performance, which player among the list is the biggest contender for Tiger in 2007?

1. Ernie Els
2. Vijay Singh
3. Retief Goosen
4. any other US player
5. any other European player
6. any other Australian/International player

p.s. Due to lack of performance and indiscussed inferiority, Phil Mickelson was obmitted (I personally give him 2 years to recover...then, he is going to kick but* again!)

(to Phil's fans... please do not blame me, but take it on to your idol!)

Great question! Well apart from me making my major debuts and winning the grand slam, i think that there will be at least one european winner.

Although player like Donald, Casey, Stenson, Harrington and Clarke all have the talent, the "Tiger Factor comes in". If he is top of the leaderboard at the end of 3rd round then he will win.

The only real person that can stop him is his new baby and he wife! Poor tiger he may never have a better chance at the grand slam!

As I said in other posts... it's incredible on how a player I criticize proves me wrong every time! (It's like the Superbowl... the team that I bet on, loses always!)

It's good to see Phil back so soon and I hope he can be a challenger for the top seed this season. Good Luck Lefty!

ipark, I think maybe you should have included Tiger himself on the poll because I believe he is the only one who can stop him. If he decides to win, he will win regardless of the other competitors in the field.

Yep, he didn't need 2 years...

Well, it's good for us, no? This year is going to be a very interesting one.... all my favorite players have won 1 tournament by now.... let's see who is going to survive! Whose Golf is going to reign supreme! ( I got this phrase from the Iron Chef....)

I apologize for the harsh comment on Phil... but I wanted to put some "spice" on this issue...

it seems that the "low-fat yogurt" has worked for Phil ...
