Has anyone used them, own them, etc? Thinking about buying one, looks like a neat concept with the C-Grooves.

Thanks,
Ryan

I have a 35" Yes! Natalie . I got it off ebay a couple of weeks ago, but I haven't taken it to the course yet, to practice or play. I want to have some good course conditions & weather conditions before I "break it in". In the meantime, I think my trusty Ping Pal will do just fine.

I've owned two Callies and a Tracy II. I keep trying to switch to something else, but keep coming back to Yes! (much like Retief over the last few years). As with all putters, you need to hit them in the sweetspot, the center of the c-groove (which Yes! does not line up with the sight line on all models). Definitely give them a shot.

Just got a 34" Callie Yes Putter for X-Mas.
I love it. Played several times with it. Its blade is semi-heavy which for me promotes a better feel and better follow through stroke on the ball rather that jabbing at the ball.
I think notice the ball does roll smoother on the greens too. ( Even in Winter golf)
The Callie has nice grip too.

I have the Yes! Sophia blade. Had a White Steel 2-ball, tried the Sophia @ a golf shop, and bought it. I wasn't even looking for a new putter. I had the 2-ball in the trunk last year, just in case, never took it out, so i gave it to my son. Nice weight, great feel.

I've got the Sophia as well. While I have only played one round with it (on very hard greens due to the winter), I could immediately tell the weighting and feel was right for me. It sets up nice and overall just feels great.

That's an interesting observation. I checked my

Yes! Natalie putter and they are aligned perfectly. Whew!

It goes by model (it's not a defect, but a feature). I can't remember the exact rationale for that design. I read an explanation somewhere. But it's easy enough to adjust for it and I've actually grown to like it. On my Callie, to hit the sweetspot, the alignment line has to be even with the outside edge of the ball. It works well.

I bought a 32" Tracy last year, and until the dreaded yips set in, in late June, loved that putter more than any other. Unfortunately, all my short beauties have been relegated to the dark side of my locker, and an ugly long Ping thing is what I now use. The Yes long putters are really expensive......

    • I wouldn't mind getting a Jupiter hat since I live down here, plus it's Tiger's team. I enjoyed how much faster it was, as well as the grass tees. I'm looking forward to Tiger's first match next week. Shame, it looks like the entire season's sold out. I live right down the road from it. Oh well.
    • I'm wearing a Ballfrogs hat in my photo with Lou from the other day (and I wore it again today): This was the WORST the production and live show are going to be, and they got a lot of things right with only room to grow. I think it'll only get better (not wildly so, but incrementally). And it didn't help that it was a blowout, and yet… it was still pretty interesting. Singles was weirdly a little bit of a drag. I almost wonder if that's not a mid-season change.
    • I missed about 11 weeks of golf this summer due to a back issue, and my distance is still not recovered.  Yet my Handicap Index is 7.0, as compared to 9.1 last January.  So apparently I'm better!  TBH, I haven't improved any skills, with the possible exception of making better decisions.  Ah well, it'll be fun in the new year, as it always is.
    • Yeah, it started Tuesday night.  I watched the first hour and a half or so of it. I enjoyed it. It was fast paced, different, entertaining, etc. I think it's a perfect thing to watch in the winter when good portions of the country are stuck inside and have nothing else to do on Monday evenings. (First week was on a Tuesday but the rest of the matches are on Mondays I believe) The whole thing ran pretty smoothly IMO. Technology seemed to work fine, and if this is the "worst" that it's going to look and feel, I'm here for it.  My wife bought a Boston Common shirt last night because she likes the logo. I think Boston Common is the best logo and I'll probably pick up a hat or shirt from them as well. There isn't one team that is made up of 4 players that I like a lot, but if I had to pick a team to be a fan of, I'd pick LA or Team Jupiter, but I feel like Team Jupiter will be a fan favorite simply because of Tiger.
