Tour Velvets for me...Anyone have any good recommendations for people with small hands? My main problem is that my fingers and palm pads are so thick that the don't provide a big radius when curved to grab the grip.

Fully corded Golf Prides...different styles but all corded.

I've tried the Winn grips a few years ago and they just weren't to my liking...too expensive and didn't hold up well.

I prefer a firmer grip.

The Lamkin Crosslines are nice, too.

i'm going to do Tour Velvets, midsize, for all my irons. As for my woods, i'm going to go with the new Winn X's

Really like the new Winn Dsi. It's soft, tacky and doesn't tear up my hands, I already have enough callouses from the stock rubber grips on my Adams irons.

I have Golf Pride Tour Velvet Midsized on all of my clubs except for my driver. I have a Lamkin Midsized on it becasue that is what it had on it when I bought it and have not had the feeling to change it. I do not like it as much as my golf pride's though. If the New Decade grips were available in midsized, I would be using them though. I might not because I get the logo's turned down.

I just got mine regripped with Lamkin Michelin midsize with +3 wraps......I love these grips so far....they don't tourque and are very tacky to keep my death grip in check......

I've been looking at the Michelin Lamkins, reg size. How are they holding up? I have always used Lamkin Crosslines, which I love in terms of feel and durability but I'm looking for something new.

I have pretty much used Golf Pride grips for ever. I first used the Tour Wrap, then the Tour Wrap Cord, then Softie Cord and not the New Decade Cord. I have always preferred the GP grips, the just seem to last longer and feel the best in my hands.

I use the new decade multicompound. I replace the grips on the 58-7 iron at the start of the season. Ive had the same grips on my 6,5,4, iron and my 3 wood for the last 2 years. No problems really.

    • Went to a PING fitting day today. Going to be ordering a G430 Max 3w with a 75g x-stiff shaft at 5w length and a 3h. I forget what my fitter did with the shaft on that but she told me she’s going to email the club the specs of everything. The 3w combination we found pretty quickly. As for the hybrid, we tried a bunch of different head and shaft combinations for that distance with mixed results. Then she handed me the 3h and I took three swings with it and knew it was the one.
    • Yeah, this isn't sandbagging. It's outright cheating. He should be banned.
    • That’s quite a generalization. It’s clear that you don’t like water but there are plenty of us that drink it just fine. My daily intake is usually about 20oz of black coffee, 16oz of soda, 8oz of milk mixed into a protein shake, and anywhere between 30-60oz of water. It doesn’t even need to be cold and I kind of prefer it closer to room temperature than cold. I quite like the taste of tap water, with sole exception being the tap water at Magic Kingdom (it’s terrible). I can’t stand when people bring me tap water with a lemon wedge in it. I didn’t ask for lemon in my water.
    • This is the part I don’t get. He’s not even kind of sandbagging, he’s blatantly doing it and submitting scores that are verified to be incorrect. How he’s not banned from competition is beyond me.
    • He's right in what he's saying.I also have done this experiment with a golf shaft swinging with one arm at a time.one arm at a time is for me very fast but both hands together are very slow ..I got my 17 year old son to do this experiment and he swung very fast with either hand and he swung very fast with both hands together..My conclusion up to now is ; I'm not using my wrists properly but I not a 100 percent sure just yet..I will keep trying to fathom this out .I'm a 12 handicap and my son is 3.9 at Westlancs..
