I'm finally biting the bullet and taking an AimPoint class in Seattle tomorrow with Jeff Shaw. Does anyone have any tips on how to get the most out of the class? Should I bring a pad and pencil for notes? Has anyone else had experience with Mr Shaw before?

I read all the articles in John Graham's website, watched YouTube videos searching on "Aimpoint".

Also read the threads here and the Richie3Jack review.

That actually covered alot of info and I was a little disappointed that the fundamental class didn't cover more.

Bring a notepad, sure.

Practice your speed control and ability to start the ball on-line prior to going.

Pay attention and listen.

This is spot on. The only other thing I'd say is to ask questions when you're unsure of anything; you don't want to walk away from the class being confused.

The only thing I regret about my AimPoint class preparation was that my putting wasn't great in terms of pace and direction anyway so it didn't "click" for me as easily as I'd have liked.
