I am very upset at myself, because this happens every time but I don't think to stop it.  2 days ago I had a home run derby in baseball with my bud and did horrible, didn't crack one out at 275ft, but got close after 30 or so balls.  Today, I had a club championship at my home course and one could guess how I played.  Shoulda, woulda, coulda I know, but I can shoot even par there, but it was a bad day.  I kept pull hooking all my clubs from releasing my club head too early.  Shot a 79.  I blame myself for playing baseball and not trusting my swing.  I tried to swing easy and keep the wrist hinge, but the problem was swinging easy.  I normally don't swing easy, I swing hard and fast and that is where I am most consistent, but I keep hearing people tell me to slow down or I swing too hard.  yeah, don't work for me as much as I may try.  However, playing baseball still messed me up both mentally and physically.  Another thing I feel messed me up more than usual is the fact that the greens were double cut.  I have played this course for 4 years playing every day almost during the summer and never has it been double cut.  The greens were fast and broke more than usual.  I just couldn't switch over.

All in all, it was a bad day ('cept for winning a couple skins off an eagle I had on a par 5).  Anyone else have trouble combining baseball/softball and golf?

I still have trouble coming across my body and hooking the ball way left which I think is because of baseball.  I played baseball from 2nd grade all the way through high school and just picked up golf so I can't say if it effects my baseball swing or not.

At least baseball players learn to time their arms with their legs. Some sports don't develop any arm to leg timing.
