I promise. I don't even take a single practice swing except for chips....my buddy and I can play a round in 2hrs if the course is wide open.

Never Get in trouble for playing too slow, sometimes get into trouble for firing warning shots over peoples bows for moving like a tanker

Usually use NXT Extreme's or HX Hot's

I hate it when you play with people who take forever, and then say "You better just tap in the putt, we're getting behind", as you step over your 5 footer coming back.

I completely agree, slow players drive me nuts. You should have no problem keeping up to the group in front of you. When you have to wait on every shot you can't get a rhythm going. When you walk, if you're holding other groups up maybe you should ride. When you ride don't be driving around in circles like you're on a joy ride.
I try to play 3 times a week, so I get to see a lot of other golfers, you would be amazed at how many are never ready to play. They wander around, then walk back to change clubs, then go back and get their putter. I mean get with it already. BE READY TO PLAY OR STAY HOME.

it's amazing how many people don't use enough common sense to have their ball, tee, and club ready to hit the ball and waste 30 seconds getting it when it's their turn which adds up immensely

I played my first round and my twosome only took ~4:15 w/o a stop for food. I thought we played klnda slow since I am an absolute beginner and my friend isn't too much better but I guess not. I insisted on playing from the yellow tees and sometimes just picked the ball up and brought it closer if it went OOB or into the water more than once or twice.

I'm all over this one........I played 9 holes at a local course last weekend, and it took almost 3 1/4 hours.......I was pretty steamed. They have signs posted everywhere saying "Please keep the reccomended pace of 2 hours per nine holes"......I almost threw the sign at this one group that must have been playing patty-cake or something.

Where do I sign? This should be required to be posted in every pro shop or starter's spot. As well as an explanation of what to do when you are holding people up - let them play through. We mostly play "ready golf". Keeps things moving better.
