I took a look at it and it makes a lot more sense. The only question I have is that was weight distribution for an iron, is the driver the same?

Thanks

On the downswing?  Yes similar numbers, notice the left knees with the driver at A6 below

I worked on this at the range today and the results were still the same. My ball started more right but still almost every shot off the toe of the club. I also caught a lot of balls thin. I did not get to take video but I will tmmrw but based off of this what could still be going on with the toe shots?

What speed, with your normal full swing being 10, were you hitting the balls?

What length of swing, with your normal full swing being 10, were you hitting the balls?

I am confused, do you mean 10 as in my normal tempo or are you asking out of 10 how hard I was swinging. I did not change any speed things from the video that is uploaded it's the same speed.

If you were swinging with the same length and speed as normal, that's not a good way to practice things, and you likely weren't changing things much at all.

Hmm maybe. What are some drills to ingrain this into my swing and some feels I can use to feel this. I understand what I need to do but I think Im missing something. When I make my shift to I worry about rotating anything or when do I feel the leg straighten or do I not even feel that at all? I feel like im just going to shift and not rotate and slap the ball.

Wow! That really opened my eyes up. I always used to practice that way and had gotten out of it. I was taught to go through my entire pre shot routine every shot on the range and had gotten away from that. But what are some drills and feels to start working on this?

Then you're not doing it enough.  I would bet the picture looks very similar, it takes time.  Do what Erik said, here's a drill

Lately I have gotten into the habit of my head going down and forward in my backswing. I don't have a FO video but it is pretty clear in the DTL. I combat this move by coming out of my posture. I have not been hitting it well at all lately and any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Your lower back is too arched. Your upper back is fine. Don't stick your butt out as much. It might feel like your drawing your stomach in more at address rather than tucking your hips under. Need to get a bit more upright.

Look at Rory, no arch in the lower back. Balanced between the balls of his feet and the heel. Just looks comfy standing over the ball.

By arched you mean too bent over?

Did you check out the thread?

The curvature in your lower back, too much anterior pelvic tilt.

I looked through it and I understand it but i don't understand what to feel. Do I need to straighten my legs and get a straighter back I don't understand what the type of new posture I should feel.

I included a couple drills in that thread to help (first post). Going to feel like you're in posterior pelvic tilt, like your tailbone is tucked under you.

What about my knees do they stick back or stay forward? And how does this play into my whole issue of going down and up in the stroke.
