Gonna try Stockton chipping technique

Saw the UTube of Dave Stockton chipping the ball. His technique was to totally open the feet, esp the right foot. Thus the feet are more in line with the target line, and far less twisting of the hips. I tried it and found it easier to keep the ball on target and easier to push off the right foot for power. Yes, some loss of distance on full  8i, but with a lesser club than that i found much more directional control and more consistent sliding of  hips towards target. Will try this later in the week on the course..
