I finally just joined a club, so now I can get an official GHIN handicap!!! I used to use The Golf Channel's website...

in my grom stand bag:

Well in Australia we use a system called golflink which is run by our golf clubs. You must be a member of a course and the only way to change your handicap is to play in golflink comp's/tournaments.
If you click on my scorecards you should be able to see it.
We lost .2 for each shot under our handicap, and go up .1 if we get more than 1 shot over our handicap (when your handicap is in between 4 and 12)
