Need tips or drills with keeping my shoulders closed or staying in left tilt while i shift weight to the front foot... have a terrible habit of coming out of my left tilt to early and not able to release #4 and #1

Can set-up with something just outside the right knee, in this video it's range baskets but also use alignment sticks.  Good chance when you "early extend" that right knee will flex towards the ball too much
