I'm a newish member, probably going to be hanging out for a while.  I've golfed since I was a teenager, but have only recently become interested in playing more competetively and seriously working on getting my game better.  I don't have any lofty ambition like being a scratch golfer, but I do want to get better and really understand my game more.

I've recently started playing at better and more challenging courses.  Outside of winning the lottery, I'll likely never play at some of the more famous courses on a proverbial bucket list, but I do scrounge around for good deals on nicer courses within driving distance.  I don't necessarily mean manicured, just better than the courses in the town I live (which are crap outside of the couple private places that I'll not often have a chance to play).

I have always played from the "whites" with my hacker buddies, but am recently taking on the challenge of playing from the "blues", or whatever is just in from the tips on courses with expanded tee box options.

Still not broken 80, but I think I'm close, at least on one of the easier tracks nearby.

I'm hoping to soon start posting some swing videos to get some feedback from what is obviously a very educated group of fellow golfers.

One question - how do I add stuff to my profile, like my equipment and whatnot?  I'm sure it's posted somewhere, but I can't find it anywhere.  Thanks!
