I am absolutely not an expert, but I can tell that you have way more knee bend than would be recommended. Is it possible that the clubs are not the correct length for you? All in all, your swing looks pretty good for someone who is just starting, to me, anyway.

When I saw your setup....all I could think was "I'm about to witness the ugliest atrocity to ever claim to be a golf swing." But then somehow when you swung it really wasn't all that bad. Just don't bend your knees so much. Stand up.

My thoughts exactly! Lol! You start off in a very odd position but by the time you get back to impact you have stood much more upright which is where you should have started. Watch the sole of your club, at your address position, your toe is pointed up. Maybe you could try to stand more upright, arms hang straight down from your soulders.  This will steepen your club angle and your club will at least start in a better position. But then again, if it's working for you..... it doesn't have to be pretty!

I was thinking the same as pixel5 and reedf. Follow Erik's link.  Your setup looked very awkward and the way you were jutting your chin out weird made you look very unathletic and like the swing was going to be just awful.  But the actual swing wasn't bad.  Looks like you've got enough coordination and athletic ability to have some potential.  Learn a good stance, setup, and grip, and then see what it looks like.
