After watching tiger in the barclays event this weekend i noticed his less than stellar performance one again.

I dont know what he is working on or what his plans are for his swing but in my oppinion it doesnt seem to be working, he is 4 years without a major and tiger himself has said thats all that matters to him majors.

He seems to start well for the first 2 rounds then lose all consistancy, distance control and his putting collapsed.

Is it time for him to ditch foley as so many seem to think, if so who should he hire to coach him or should he not hire a coach at all?.

Guys, we will never see the old, dominant Tiger again.

He had his day in the sun.

He's still a good player but like any aging champion, the magic is gone.

On the plus side, we got to see one of the greats in his prime.

I believe the same is true with Phil.

It's not "their time" anymore.

He said:
On the plus side, we got to see one of the greats in his prime.
He implied that Tiger is done. How could he still be in his prime? Or is he saying that at least we saw him when he was in his prime?

I thought I remember hearing/reading many years back that Tiger actually took a moving van/truck to many tournaments that had his own bed in it...guess there was no truth to that rumor or he didn`t do it this week.

I know it sounds crazy and I'm sure he was exaggerating, but its on video on Golf Central. No lies.

    • Day 67, July 31, 2021 More three-quarter swing stuff today. I really am trying to shorten the backswing.
    • What a shot into 18 with all that pressure.  Great playing Xander.
    • One of the people who introduced me to golf in the first place would regularly do things that are generally bad etiquette:  try to make me mad during the round, talk during my swing, etc.  The good news is that now, when someone does things like making noise while I'm swinging my accident, it doesn't annoy me unless they're trying to mess me up (which no one has done, at least to my knowledge).
